南浔经济开发区介绍
概况 地理坐标为北纬30°52′- 30°53′，东经120°25′-120°26′。位于上海、苏州、无锡、南京、杭州、宁波等大中城市组成的长三角经济圈之中心，江苏-浙江两省交界处，东与江苏省苏州市接壤，南与杭州相望。南浔经济开发区现有人口20万，其中常住人口10万，居民人均可支配收入12287元/年，农民人均纯收入为6700元/年，经济科技信息灵通，地理优势十分明显。浙江南浔经济开发区是1993年12月由浙江省人民政府首批批准设立的经济开发区，也是国务院侨办批准的全国三个华侨投资区之一，享有沿海经济技术开发区的各项优惠政策。 折叠 编辑本段 综合资源 南浔经济开发区围绕上海、苏州、杭州、无锡、常州、嘉兴、湖州、吴江、 宜兴 、桐乡、长兴、德清、余杭、海宁等构成杭嘉湖、苏锡常、长江三角洲等地区建材、家私、微电机、电梯、电缆、皮革皮件、丝绸服装、南太湖旅游走廊和商业交易中心，木制品资源、水产资源、农副产品资源相当丰富，区内具有机电产品配套、机械加工、皮革皮件制造、电子电器协作等厂家，适合外商、侨商、台商兴办各类生产加工企业、高科技电子企业、成套设备配套企业、外贸出口产品加工企业。 折叠 编辑本段 折叠 编辑本段 市场规模 南浔是中国资本主义的萌芽地之一，海陆"丝绸之路"的源头。明清时期南浔就有" 江浙 雄镇"之美誉。自清道光二十二年(1842年)鸦片战争失败之后，南浔人趁上海辟为通商口岸之机，跨洋越海，抱布贸丝，使南浔成为湖丝贸易的主要集散中心，在上海经营丝绸的行业中有70%为南浔人所开设。1847年，上海口岸蚕丝出口总数中南浔的出口数占63.3%，由此南浔出现了刘镛、张颂贤、顾福昌等家有银元千万元以上俗称"四象、八牛、七十二墩狗"的富商， 南浔镇 也由此成为江浙地区的富镇、强镇。 南浔国际建材城入口 浙江省南浔经济开发区内的建材市场是华东地区最大的建材家私综合批发零售市场，是国家内贸部重点联系单位。市场内建有五金、油漆、建筑陶瓷、装饰板、三夹板、多层板、灯具、家具等五大交易区，共有摊位4500多个，占地面积达到45万平方米，年成交额近80多亿元，每天流动人口近5万人次，是华东地区最大的三夹板集散地和交易中心，也是全国最大的地板生产、加工、销售基地。区内建有副食品市场、农贸市场、小商品市场、地板生产交易中心，还建有 时代超市 、浙北超市南浔连锁店等大型现代商业企业。根据围绕市场办企业，办好企业促市场的原则，一批新型木业企业、家私企业运营而生，2002年新办内资企业67家，新增产值23.5亿元;投资额达到5.58亿元。 战略性的地理位置南浔经济开发区既面向国内经济最为发达的以上海为龙头的长三角经济圈，也可面向国际市场。驱车从南浔经济开发区出发，到附近主要城市上海、杭州、苏州的港口、机场时间均在1小时20分钟以内。南浔背靠大中城市，辐射华东平原，又处于"200公里公路运输半径"的中心，在南浔投资设厂既有辐射整个长江三角洲地区大中小城市之便利，又有利用上海吴淞港、宁波北仑港、嘉兴乍浦港，将产品直接出口海外之优势。 折叠
